Congress 2026 (WSC 2026).
To facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process, we kindly request that you review the following
information in detail.
Early registration is highly recommended to benefit from discounted rates.

* Participants from eligible countries may benefit from discounted registration rates. Eligibility is determined according to the World Bank income classification. The discounted fee will be automatically applied based on the country selected during registration.
Registration Entitlements
*All registered participants, both international and domestic, are entitled to the following
- Access to all scientific and poster sessions
- Admission to the exhibition area
- Conference printed materials
- Entry to the Luncheon, Gala Dinner, and scheduled Coffee Breaks
- Certificate of attendance (available for download following the event)
Payment Methods
Only credit card payments are accepted. The following cards are supported:
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay
- Payments are processed via a secure online payment gateway.
- Any applicable service charges must be borne by the registrant.
- The final charged amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Confirmation & Receipt
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of your registration and payment.
- Registration receipts and certificates of attendance will be made available for download after the conclusion of the event.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within seven (7) days of registration, please contact the Secretariat.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat.
- Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the event, with any associated bank fees deducted.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
